They would do things that she either wouldn't do with my dad or myself, or they were just able to do things that we were not able to do for her. I liked that some of them were very caring for my mother.

We've gotten a couple of people who are totally worthless. They need to shadow the girls who know what they are doing all the time so that they can learn the routine, because my mom has dementia. The services allow me to do things that I need to do in my life and it gives my grandma something to look forward to. The company helps me because it takes care of my grandma for me which is very helpful.

They take care of my mom while I'm not there. I like the person they send to take care of my mom. It is helpful to have someone here, so we can get other things done. We haven't had any bad experiences with them. They made my life easier by relieving my brother.
